Comprehensive Private GP Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking & Pre-Payment

 Pre-Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking to

secure your appointment. This includes the consultation fee but excludes any

additional services such as tests, medications, or procedures.

 Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful

booking. Please review all details carefully.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

More than 24 Hours notice.

  •  Rescheduling: Free of charge.
  •  Cancellation: Eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
  • Within 24 Hours notice
  • Rescheduling: Subject to availability; a £30 fee applies.
  •  Cancellation: 50% of the appointment fee is non-refundable.
  •  Less than 24 Hours notice and no show
  • Cancellation: 100% of the appointment fee is non-refundable.

No Show: Considered a missed appointment; no refund will be issued than 10 Minutes Late: You may be asked to reschedule, and a £30 fee may apply. If rescheduling is not possible, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Up to 10 Minutes Late: Every effort will be made to accommodate you; however,

this may not always be possible.

4. Refunds

Eligible Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice

will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Ineligible Refunds: No refunds will be issued for services already provided, such as

administered medications, vaccinations, tests, or treatments.

5. Subscription Services

Annual Memberships: Require a 30-day notice for cancellation. If you cancel within

14 days of the membership start date, a full refund will be issued, provided no

services have been used. If services have been used, the cost of those services will

be deducted from the refund.

6. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if

you are unable to attend your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to

accommodate you or reschedule your appointment.

This policy aims to ensure a fair and efficient service for all patients while respecting the time

and resources of our healthcare providers.
